What data we process

Reservations. When you message us on WhatsApp or call, we process your phone number, name and message content — only to confirm and arrange your reservation (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Booking form on the site. When you submit the form, we process your name, phone, e-mail (if provided), date, time and chosen area — to confirm and arrange your reservation (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The booking goes to our management system (POS) and to the staff who confirm it. We keep your booking history (name, phone, e-mail, number of visits) in our guest records; you can request deletion at any time using the contact above.

Statistics — only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.) show us how the site is used: pages, clicks, device type. Data may be transferred to the US under Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. If you decline, these tools are not loaded at all.

How long we keep data

GA4 statistics — 14 months at most. WhatsApp correspondence — as long as needed for the reservation. Guest records (bookings) — until you request deletion.
